As Worshipful Master may I again welcome you to the Southsea Lodge No 4071 Website.

Widely recognised across the province as a progressive and cheerful lodge, it is truly my honour and privilege to have been entrusted by the members to run The Southsea Lodge this year.

Enjoying a rapidly growing number of younger members, The Southsea Lodge is a great choice for anyone interested in Freemasonry, or seeking a new lodge to join in the Portsmouth area. In common with other lodges and Freemasonry in general, The Southsea Lodge focuses on cultivating the values of, integrity, friendship, respect and charity. We do this primarily through the ceremonies performed during our meetings, and the numerous popularly supported social events held throughout the year; the latter being a great way to get to know our members and culture, as part of your research into possible membership.

The Southsea Lodge particularly values visitors from other lodges. Proud of both the standard of our ceremonies and upbeat festive boards, you are assured of a greatly rewarding visit; with the convenience of being able to train home via Portsmouth Harbour station – 15 minute walk. Please do visit whenever possible, I can assure you of a warm welcome, a fine ritual and a most enjoyable festive board.
